Wilmington Police arrest two following drug investigation: 
Wilmington Police have arrested two on drug charges following an investigation.
On October 9 at approximately 10:15 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 500 block of North Harrison Street in reference to a drug investigation. Along with members of the Crime Gun Intelligence Center and the Safe Streets Task Force, they executed a search warrant and took two suspects – 44-year-old Roland Coleman and 43-year-old Carissa Collins – into custody without incident. Police recovered 6.67 grams of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Coleman has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
- Tampering with Physical Evidence
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Collins has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
