4th Precinct Commanders Captain N. Laurie and Executive Officer Lieutenant R. Stevenson, alongside Community Service Officers T. Frye and K. Eley, will host the Precinct’s Annual Trunk or Treat event 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Friday, October 31, 2025, at West Side Park.
