Notification of Sewer Investigation Work 
Beginning the week of October 20, 2025, representatives from Duke's Root Control will be working in the Borough of Deal to evaluate the conditions of the sewer systems and private service laterals throughout town. Smoke may appear venting from manholes or sewer events; residents should not be alarmed. Property owners will receive a pink door tag 2-3 days prior to testing with details and tips. There will be no disruption of service during this process.
