This is a LOTTERY selection to add 125 new applicants.  This is not, first come, first served.

DEADLINE for returning completed pre-applications:  Monday, November 3, 2025 by 2pm Eastern Standard time.  Pre-applications will NOT be accepted in any format after this deadline.

Applicants submitting more than one (1) pre-application will be disqualified for the lottery.

Incomplete pre-applications and those not qualified based on eligibility criteria will be excluded from the lottery.  All applicants selected through the lottery process will be notified of their position after the lottery section.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 62 or older at the time of application for both applicant and co-applicant and meet the following income limits:
