LA County Public Works issues NO PHASE forecast. Evacuation Warnings & Storm Advisories lifted. 6:00 PM October 14 
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works has issued a NO PHASE forecast for all recent burn areas. All Evacuation Warnings and storm advisories have been lifted, effective 6:00 p.m. October 14, 2025.
PARKING RESTRICTIONS LIFTED
Parking restrictions have also been lifted.

As a general reminder, the following are some helpful emergency preparedness tips:
- Sign up for emergency alerts through Nixle and Genasys Emergency Communications
- Review evacuation routes and have a plan ready for your family and pets.
- Assemble an emergency kit with food, water, medications, flashlight, batteries, and key documents.
- Clear drains, gutters, and storm grates to help prevent localized flooding.
- Check your vehicle’s condition and keep the gas tank at least half-full.
- Use sandbags or barriers if your property is vulnerable to flooding or debris flows.
