Special Weather Statement until 10:15AM 
Remote observation platforms and Nevada Department of Transportation webcams are showing a mix of rain and snow showers across portions of White Pine and Elko counties this morning. Snow levels will be around 6000 to 6500 feet, rising during the morning. Any remaining snow showers are expected to change to rain showers. Little to no accumulations are expected in the valleys but a dusting to an inch will fall at the higher elevation passes and summits. This will create slippery driving conditions. If driving above 6000 feet in elevation across portions of Elko and White Pine counties, please be aware of rapidly changing driving conditions and adjust your speed accordingly.
