Another text scam is making its rounds in Hamlin County again. More details: 
A text message asking "Can you pick me up, I am lost again" is a scam designed to trick you into engaging with a fraudster.
Replying to a scammer, even to say "wrong number," tells them your number is active and could lead to more scam texts or calls.
The best action is not to reply and simply delete the message. No need to report the text to law enforcement unless personal information was given out.
