On Saturday morning, October 25th, the 4th annual Bay Area Kelly Brush Ride will take place in Mill Valley. Staggered road and mountain bicycle rides will launch from downtown Mill Valley between 8:00am and 10:00am. All cyclists will finish in downtown Mill Valley where there will be a gathering in Depot Plaza lasting until 4:00pm. Please abide by the posted No Parking signs in the downtown area. 

Roadway impacts during the event:

• Miller Avenue, between Throckmorton and Sunnyside, will remain closed in both directions between 7:00am and 11:00am.  Mill Valley Police will actively be on-site to open Miller Avenue if emergency access is needed.

 

• Depot Plaza cut-thru, which is an extension of northbound Miller Avenue, will be closed between 5:00am – 5:00pm, for the duration of the event.

 

• Brief traffic delays at the intersections of Miller/Montford and Miller/Almonte as Mill Valley Police will be on-site assisting cyclists through the intersections.

 
Motorists are encouraged to use E. Blithedale Avenue between 7:30am and 12:00pm and allow for extra time to reach their destination.
