Flood Advisory until 08:30PM 
* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest New Mexico, including the following counties, in north central New Mexico, west central Rio Arriba. In northwest New Mexico, east central San Juan.
* WHEN...Until 830 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 527 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Hazardous water levels are expected in Largo Canyon, Carrizo Creek, and Gobernador Canyon. Up to one additional inch of rainfall will be possible near the headwaters of these drainages. The potential exists for flash flooding to develop. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Archuleta and Turley. - Low water crossings along Largo Canyon Road will flood, and these flood waters should not be crossed. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
