Wilmington Police have arrested two and recovered a firearm and narcotics.
 
On October 15 at approximately 7:44 p.m., members of the Safe Streets Task Force were in the unit block of West 36^th Street in reference to a firearm investigation. Police recovered two 9mm handguns – including one that had been reported stolen out of New Castle County Police jurisdiction – along with ammunition, 644 grams of marijuana and drug packaging and paraphernalia.
 
Investigators took 18-year-old Naseer Bullock and a 17-year-old male into custody without incident.
 
Bullock has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
• Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited – Three Counts
• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released after posting 28,000 secured bail.
 
The 17-year-old male has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
• Receiving a Stolen Firearm

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $3,000 unsecured bail.
