The Newark Police Division adds 4th Precinct Amazon lockers to support residents in the safe delivery of packages ordered from the retailer.

• 4th Precinct (Central Ward) 247 16th Avenue, Newark, NJ 07103
•5th Precinct (South Ward) - 480 Clinton Avenue, Newark, NJ 07108
• 6th Precinct (West Ward) - 491 Irvington Avenue, Newark, NJ 07106
• 7th Precinct (North Ward) - 159 N. 10th Street, Newark, NJ 07107.
• 9th/Metro Precinct, 22 Franklin Street, Newark, NJ 07102

How it Works:
When a package is delivered to the assigned locker, the recipient will receive a secure access code from Amazon via email. The code will be entered at the locker’s terminal when the recipient arrives to retrieve the package. If a package is left in the locker for more than three days, it will be removed by Amazon to make room for new deliveries.
