Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., announces that the following streets will experience intermittent traffic control during the designated hours below due to a film production.
 
Beginning from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Friday, October 17, 2025
 
• Market Street and Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Boulevard
• Mulberry Street and Market Street
• Beaver Street
 
Beginning from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. – Friday, October 17, 2025
 
• Market Street and Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Boulevard
• Mulberry Street and Market Street
• Beaver Street
 
Drivers are advised to anticipate potential delays and plan alternative routes.
 
Director Miranda thanks all in advance for your patience and cooperation during this event. He also urges anyone with information regarding any criminal activity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
