Due to scheduled equipment maintenance as part of the East Side Coastal Resiliency Flood Protection System, expect possible intermittent road and ramp closures, pedestrian and bike path disruptions, and parking restrictions on Friday, 10/17, between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM near East 18th Street and Avenue C in Manhattan. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.
