CANCEL – Missing has been located and returned home safely.
The Arcadia Police Department is asking for the public's help locating at-risk missing person, Vanik Issaghol. Issaghol is a 44-year-old Armenian male, 5’08”, 160 pounds, and was last seen at The Shops at Santa Anita, 400 S. Baldwin Av., on 10/15/25 at 1:00 p.m. A picture of Issaghol is attached to this notice, as well as a CCTV image of him with the clothing he was last seen wearing today. Additionally he should be carrying a red and black lunch bag. If you see Issaghol, please call 911 or the Arcadia Police Department at 626-574-5123.
