Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Missing Persons Unit, are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Manuel Vargas. He is an 84-year-old Hispanic male who was last seen on October 20, 2025, at 6:00 a.m., on the 16500 block of Garfield Avenue, in the city of Paramount.
Manuel is 5’07”, 150 lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white long sleeve button up shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
Mr. Vargas may have a possible destination of Long Beach. He suffers from dementia and his family is concerned for his well-being.
