Attend the Garage B community meeting tonight
The virtual community meeting regarding redeveloping Garage B as a mixed-use development consistent with the adopted Garage B Redevelopment Plan is tonight, Oct. 21, at 6 p.m.
The mixed-use project at 28 Second St. would include a municipal parking garage of 880 parking spaces, 32,000 square feet of commercial space including ground-floor retail, and approximately 410 residential units. Of these units, 20 percent will be designated as affordable housing, with the remainder classified as workforce housing for households making up to 120 percent of median household income in the region.
Community members will have an opportunity to ask questions and comment on the proposal. No action will be taken by the Governing Body during the meeting.

Tuneful Tuesdays continues tonight as part of Hoboken Art Month
Tonight, in Church Square Park Justin Garcia will perform from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. as part of Tuneful Tuesdays, a reoccurring concert series offered through Hoboken Art Month produced by Cultural Affairs and the Hoboken Business Alliance, and curated by Brick City Jam.

Hudson Regional Health mobile health van to offer flu shots tomorrow
Residents are reminded that the City of Hoboken and the Hoboken Health Division are partnering with Hudson Regional Health to co-host a mobile flu shot clinic tomorrow, Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Hudson Regional Mobile Health Van will be set up outside Hoboken City Hall, on First Street, between Bloomfield and Washington Streets. Most insurance carriers will be accepted and processed on site. The shots will be free for those without insurance. Free blood pressure screenings will also be available.
