Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking assistance in locating missing juvenile, Elsi Roxana Deleon. She is a 13-year-old Hispanic female who was last seen on October 13, 2025, at approximately 7:30 a.m., on the 1500 block of 76th Place, in the city of Los Angeles.
Miss Deleon is 5’ 00” tall, 130 lbs. with black shoulder length curly hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black leggings, a black polo shirt, necklace with a Virgin Mary pendant, and a nose ring.
There is concern for her well-being and we are asking for the public’s help.
