Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Missing Persons Unit, are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Florencia Rojas Moreno. She is a 78-year-old Hispanic female who was last seen on October 18, 2025, at 7:30 a.m., on the 100 block of North Herbert Avenue, in the city of East Los Angles.
Florencia is 5’01”, 120 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a tan shirt, brown pants, navy shoes, and small studs earrings.
She is diagnosed with dementia and her family is concerned for her well-being.
