Police Seek Help Identifying Theft Suspects
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help identifying the suspects pictured below, who stole a victim’s e-bike on Monday, October 20, 2025.
At approximately 2 a.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025, the victim chained his bike to metal rails in a parking lot behind a residence on Fulton Street between Park Place and McCarter Highway. On October 20, 2025, surveillance video captured the suspects taking the bike, valued at $500-$600, from the parking lot.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on the suspect’s identity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
