Officers attempted an enforcement stop in the listed area of a stolen vehicle. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a short pursuit. The pursuit ended when the vehicle became disabled, and the driver and passenger fled on foot. Officers located the driver and took him into custody; however, the passenger made good his escape.
