Last night El Cerrito Police Officers arrested four subjects for stealing a large quantity of Halloween decorations (mostly skeletons) from the front yards of houses in El Cerrito.  The four individuals were placed under citizens arrest, booked at the El Cerrito Police Department, and later transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.  If you, or someone you know, had Halloween decorations taken from your house in El Cerrito last night, we may have the items.  We would like to get the decorations back to their rightful owners.  Please contact or Dispatch center at 510-237-3233 if you were the victim of Halloween decorations theft and an officer will contact you to see if we have your items.  Please see the attached photographs of the items to see what we recovered.
