City of Watervliet Annouces a Halloween Curfew 
The Watervliet City Council has enacted a Halloween curfew for all individuals under the age of 18. The curfew will be in effect on October 31st, 2025 from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., during which minors may not remain in any public place or vehicle without a set destination.
Parents, guardians, and custodians may also be held accountable if they knowingly permit - or fail to reasonably supervise - a minor in their care who violates the curfew.
