The Borough of Hawthorne Health Dept. will have the Flu Clinic on Friday, October 31st, from 9 am - 11 am.
Please come to the Board of Health to fill out the forms beforehand and bring your Medicare information. All appointments should be made by Wednesday, October 29th. Limited amount of vaccines will be available.
