INCIDENT: P.C. 664/187 - Attempt Murder, P.C. 2800.4 – Evading by Driving Opposite of Traffic, P.C. 496D(a) – Possession of Stolen Property, V.C. 20001(a) – Felony Hit and Run with Injury
LOCATION: Mojave Drive / Condor Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Male Juvenile, 16-year-old Resident of Ontario
SUMMARY: On Monday, October 20, 2025, at approximately 8:42 a.m., deputies from the Victorville Station responded to the area of Mojave Drive and Condor Road regarding a stolen vehicle investigation.
Sergeant M. Young located the vehicle near the 15700 block of Mojave Drive. The driver of the vehicle intentionally rammed into responding marked patrol cars. The driver fled the scene and led deputies on a vehicle pursuit. The suspect collided with another vehicle, which resulted in injuries to the innocent motorists. The suspect attempted to flee on foot and after a short foot pursuit, deputies took the juvenile suspect into custody. The innocent motorists, a driver and passenger, and the suspect were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The male juvenile was arrested and booked at High Desert Juvenile Detention and Assessment Center in Apple Valley, for P.C. 664/187- Attempt Murder, P.C. 2800.4 – Evading by Driving Opposite of Traffic, P.C. 496D(a) – Possession of Stolen Property, V.C. 20001(a) – Felony Hit and Run with Injury.
