At 257 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles west of Yeso, or 28 miles southeast of Vaughn, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Sumner Lake, Sumner Lake State Park and Yeso. This includes Highway 60 between Mile Markers 292 and 321.
