Narrative:
On 9/24/2025, Thousand Oaks Patrol Deputies responded to a call for service at a church located in the City of Thousand Oaks, in reference to a residential burglary that occurred on 9/22/2025. Deputies on scene determined that an unknown suspect forcibly entered the victim’s residence, which was located on the church’s premises and stole property.
 
Detectives began investigating the burglary and through covert surveillance and law enforcement investigative tools, determined (S) Bladimiro Dominguez was responsible for the burglary.
 
On 10/22/2025, detectives from the East County Special Enforcement Unit responded to the City of Sherman Oaks and located Dominguez. Dominguez was taken into custody without incident and booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility for Penal Code Section 459(a) – Residential burglary.  Dominguez’ bail was set at $50,000 and is scheduled to appear at the Ventura County Superior Court on 10/24/2025 at 1:30 PM.
 
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office encourages homeowners to deter would be criminals by installing alarms, cameras, and lights at their residences. Every resident in Ventura County is encouraged to report any suspicious activity within their neighborhood.
