One Injured In Crash
 
 
Sheriff Clint Roach, reports that on 10/24/2025 at approximately 1724 hours his office was called to investigate a personal injury crash near the intersection of Leet Rd. and Worrell St., in Howard Township, Cass County Michigan. 
 
The investigation shows that 55-year-old, Niles resident, Michael Studer was at the intersection at Leet Rd. and Worrell St. and slowed down to conduct an Eastbound Turn onto Worrell St. The driver of the second vehicle, 78-year-old, Niles resident, Larry Chapman, attempted to pass the tractor operated by Studer on the left, colliding with the tractor as it conducted its Eastbound turn.  Studer sustained injuries and was transported by EMS to Memorial Hospital in South Bend Indiana.
