* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Edwards, Kinney and Val Verde.

* WHEN...Until 300 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 146 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Del Rio, Comstock, Loma Alta, Lake View, Long Point, Carta Valley, Black Brush Point, Diablo East, Governors Landing, Amistad Village, Box Canyon, Amistad Acres, Cienegas Terrace, Val Verde Park, Laughlin AFB, Seminole Canyon State Park, Devils River State Nat Area Big Satan, Pafford Crossing, Devils Shores and Rough Canyon Recreation Area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
