* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog is patchy and not necessarily widespread in some areas of the advisory. Expect sudden drops in visibility when traveling. Dense fog is more likely in low-lying areas near water such as rivers or lakes.
