* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Frost Advisory, from 4 AM to 9 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Unsecured outdoor items may be blown around in the wind. Driving on area roadways may become difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles. Small tree limbs could break and cause damage. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
