City Hall will be closing at 12-Noon, Friday, October 31st, in preparation of the Halloween Trunk-or-Treat Community Event.
The street closure will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the 400 block of E. San Patricio Ave. with the festivities beginning at 5:00 p.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m.
