Possession Of Child Pornography Arrest 
On April 16th, 2025 officers from the City of Janesville Police Department served a search warrant at a residence in the 600 block of North Pearl Street, related to a Child Pornography investigation. ESD K9 Maui assisted with the search. No arrests were made at that time, but electronics were seized for a forensic examination. When the evidence was returned, detectives determined that probable cause existed to arrest Caleb Waite for 5 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
On October 29th, 2025, Waite was arrested and held in custody at the Rock County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
