Missing Person General Malone: At Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person General Malone, who is at risk due to Age.
He was last seen on October 23, 2025, just after 7:45 AM, in the 2600 block of Harrison Street.
Malone is described as a 13-year-old Black male who is 5'1” tall and weighs 100 pounds. Malone has black hair and brown eyes.
The family reports Malone is in good physical condition.
