A coastal storm is expected to impact our area today, Thursday, October 30, and continue through Friday, October 31. Residents should anticipate periods of heavy rain, strong winds, and possible coastal flooding during this time. Please secure any loose items.
Please monitor local weather channels and follow the Highlands Emergency Management Facebook page for updates. Use caution when traveling, especially in low-lying or flood-prone areas.
