Uptown Trick or Treat/ Lions Club Halloween Parade is TONIGHT 
This afternoon is the the Uptown Trick or Treat event from 4:30-6:30pm and is followed by the Lions Club Halloween Parade on High Street at 6:30pm. Please use caution if driving in the Uptown area due to heavy pedestrian traffic, which will mostly be small children in costumes. Drivers may want to use alternate routes to avoid the area.
