The National Weather Service has issued the following:
What: Flood Warning
Where: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx
When: Until 5:30 PM on 10/30
Hazards: 1 to 2 inches of rain expected. Periods of heavy rainfall will cause widespread flooding of poor drainage and low-lying urban areas.
Preparedness Actions:
- Do not drive your vehicle or walk into areas where water covers the roadway as the water depth may be too great to allow you to cross safely.
- Move to higher ground.
