The Newark Police Division will host various Halloween Events throughout the City of Newark 
All are cordially invited to attend.
• 2nd Precinct will host its Halloween Block Event, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, October 31, 2025, at Montclair Avenue and Summer Avenue.
• 4th Precinct will host the Precinct’s Annual Trunk or Treat event, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Friday, October 31, 2025, at West Side Park.
• 5th Precinct will host the Precinct’s Annual Haunted Precinct Event, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, October 31, 2025, at 480 Clinton Avenue.
• 7th Precinct will host the Precinct’s Annual Trunk or Treat Event, 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Roseville Presbyterian Church, 36 Roseville Avenue.
• 9th/Metro Precinct will host its second free haunted house from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, October 31, 2025, at 22 Franklin Street. Enter through parking lot.
