* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 448 PM EDT, Additional light rainfall is expected this evening, but residual minor flooding may be ongoing due to recent heavy rainfall of 1.5 to 2.5 inches. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
