* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Coastal Flood Warning is confined to the back bays of Barnegat Bay with this evening's high tide cycle. Further extensions may be needed.

* AFFECTED AREAS: OCEAN ... COASTAL OCEAN
