North Main will be closed from 3pm to 5:30pm on10/31 
North Main will be closed from Broadway to Maple for the trick or treat event on Halloween hosted by the Plattsburg Chamber of Commerce. The road will be closed from 3:00pm to 5:30 pm. Downtown businesses WILL remain open during normal hous while the road is closed.
