Happy Halloween! The Oxford Division of Police reminds residents to use extra caution in residential neighborhoods this evening, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., during Halloween trick-or-treating.
Officers will have an increased presence throughout neighborhoods to pass out candy and help ensure a safe and fun evening for everyone.
