Friendly Trick or Treating Reminders for the Village of New Richmond 
Some friendly trick or treat reminders:
-Hours 6p to 8p
-Please make sure your child’s costume does not obstruct their vision.
-Please cross the street at crosswalks and corners- darting out between vehicles is not safe.
-Make sure those dark costumes have a light or reflective device on them.
-Drivers, put down the phone and pay attention to the roadway.
-Our officers will be out in full force. We will not hand out candy from moving patrol cars. Our officer will park and get out of their patrol cars to hand out candy and engage with the community.
-Have a great time and don’t forget to send those police officer pictures to the Chief so we can pick the winner(s) of our costume contest.
