Sex Offender Compliance checks during trick or treating 
The Green Bay Police Department would like to wish everyone a safe and Happy Halloween. Green Bay Police officers are assisting the Department of Corrections with their sex offender compliance checks during the hours of trick or treating. ( 4pm-7pm). These checks are done annually by the Department of Corrections.
We would like to remind everyone to follow safety precautions when trick or treating:
-Wear high visibility clothing or costumes
-Make sure to supervise young children
-Use sidewalks and cross the streets at intersections if possible
-Only go to homes with porch lights on
-Check children's candy before they eat it
