Traffic Crash in Mason Twp.

Cass County Sheriff Clint Roach reports, that on 10/31/2025 at approximately 2051 hours, his deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on Old M 205 and Redfield St in Mason Township, Cass County Michigan.
 
The investigation showed that a vehicle driven by Kyle Clay Alley (35  years old from Burr Oak, MI) was eastbound on Redfield St at M 205 when he failed to yield to oncoming traffic. Alley's vehicle was then struck by a southbound vehicle driven by Ray Albert Walls II (21  years old from Elkhart, IN). Alley's passenger, Josclynn Nichole Hankinson (20 years old from South Bend, IN) was transported by SEPSA Ambulance to Elkhart General Hospital for injuries sustained in the traffic crash.  Alcohol may have been a factor in the traffic crash.
 
 
Assisting agencies on scene were Edwardsburg Ontwa Police Department, SEPSA Ambulance, and SEPSA Fire Department.
 
 
The crash remains under investigation.
