Traffic Advisory: Emergency closure of Clarksville Road Bridge over the Northeast Corridor. NJDOT advised Mercer County of an immediate shutdown for emergency repairs after a recent inspection.

Detour: Quakerbridge Road to US Route 1 to Alexander Road.
Expect delays. Choose alternate routes and allow extra time. More updates will follow from the County as they become available.
Chief’s note: This was dropped on us this weekend. Mayor Marathe, Fire Chief Lynch, BA Schmid, Engineer Guzik and I have worked together to get this out quickly and to keep you updated on the length of the closure. West Windsor Police will visually monitor the detour routes and will assign officers to adjust traffic flow as needed. We focused on school periods, rush hour patterns and emergency response routing to keep response times efficient.
