Incident # 2025-24837 - Warrant Arrests / Drug Paraphernalia
Date/Time:  October 2, 2025 at 2:19 PM
Location:  MarketFair Mall, 3535 US Route 1
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Zachary DeMetro # 5123

Arrested:  1)  Megan Slater, Trenton, NJ
                  2)  Glen Stubbs, Trenton, NJ

Details:  While on patrol in the MarketFair parking lot near AMC Theaters, Ptl. DeMetro observed two subjects known to have outstanding warrants, identified as Megan Slater and Glen Stubbs. As officers approached, Stubbs fled on foot. Slater was taken into custody without incident. Multiple officers, including Ptl. Brodowski # 5129 and Ptl. Baile # 5130, assisted in locating Stubbs, who was found hiding in a MarketFair bathroom and arrested. Both individuals were found to have multiple active warrants and were also processed for separate shoplifting cases out of West Windsor. Drug paraphernalia was located among Stubbs’ belongings. Both were transported to the Mercer County Correctional Center.


Incident # 2025-24915 - Theft by Deception
Date/Time:  October 3, 2025 at 11:14 AM
Location:  Everett Drive
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Brian Caulfield # 5107

Details:  Officers met with company representatives who reported a fraudulent wire transfer involving $43,615.74. An employee received an email appearing to be from a legitimate vendor, instructing payment to a new account. After sending the funds, the company discovered the message was fraudulent and was able to stop the transfer before the funds were permanently lost. Investigation is ongoing.


Incident # 2025-24962 - Shoplifting
Date/Time: Friday, October 3, 2025 at 8:23 PM
Location: Best Buy, 251 Nassau Park Blvd
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Josephine Pagano # 5121

Details:  Patrol responded to Best Buy for a reported shoplifting. The suspect, described as a Hispanic male wearing a green Jets sweatshirt, maroon pants, and a black baseball hat, was observed on surveillance video stealing a Ring spotlight camera and fleeing the store on a red bicycle. A search of the surrounding area by patrol officers yielded negative results. Investigation remains active.


Incident # 2025-25174 - Theft / Fraudulent Scheme
Date/Time:  October 6, 2025 at 10:43 AM
Location: Police Headquarters Lobby

Details:  A township resident reported being defrauded through an online matrimonial website. The victim sent $800 in gift cards and PayPal payments to an individual posing as “Radha Singh.” The suspect later attempted to solicit an additional $7,150 through a fake shipping company. The victim became suspicious and reported the incident.


Incident # 2025-25425 - Theft of Services
Date/Time: October 8, 2025 at 11:48 AM
Location: A-1 Limo, 2 Emmons Drive
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Travis Hoffman # 5110

Details:  A-1 Limo reported a theft of services by a client.  The client utilized limousine service to and from Vermont and New York City totaling $5,919.75. After the services were completed, the client disputed the credit card charge, resulting in a chargeback against the company. A-1 Limo provided photographs and documentation confirming the services were rendered. The business was advised of the process to file a complaint for theft of services in municipal court.


Incident # 2025-25789 – Theft
Date/Time: October 12, 2025 at 1:59 PM
Location:  Panera Bread, 510 Nassau Park Blvd.

Details:  Patrol responded to Panera Bread for a report of a theft that occurred while the victim was dining inside the restaurant. The victim’s wallet was stolen from her purse, which was hanging on the back of her chair. The suspect was described as a Black female, approximately 5’7” and 180 pounds, wearing black clothing and a blue surgical mask. The suspect briefly sat behind the victim before leaving the restaurant, at which point the theft was discovered.


Incident # 2025-25790 – Criminal Mischief
Date/Time: October 12, 2025 at 1:11 PM
Location:  Best Buy, 251 Nassau Park Blvd.

Details:  Patrol responded to Best Buy for a report of a vehicle that had been vandalized. The victim reported an argument in the parking lot with a white male who had confronted him over parking. The suspect later returned to the victim’s vehicle and was observed on surveillance footage keying the driver’s side door. The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 25–35 years old, wearing dark pants, dark shoes, a blue hoodie, and a white backward cap.


Incident # 2025-25854 – Theft
Date/Time: October 13, 2025 at 10:56 AM
Location:  Whole Foods Market, 3495 U.S. Route 1 South
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Andrew Dogostiano # 5126

Details:  Patrol responded to Whole Foods Market for the report of a stolen wallet. The victim reported that her wallet was taken from an open purse placed in the child seat of her shopping cart while she was in the produce section. Surveillance footage showed three suspects working together to distract the victim and remove the wallet. One suspect dropped an item to divert attention, while another reached into the victim’s purse and removed the wallet before all three exited the store.


Incident # 2025-25859 – Shoplifting
Date/Time:  October 13, 2025 at 12:06 PM
Location:  GAP, 3535 U.S. Route 1 South
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Andrew Dogostiano # 5126

Details:  Patrol responded to GAP at MarketFair for a report of a shoplifting that occurred approximately thirty minutes prior. Store management reported that a Black male entered the store, grabbed multiple clothing items, and exited without making payment. Surveillance footage showed the suspect wearing a black baseball cap, black hoodie with unclear lettering, and gray sweatpants. The suspect attempted to remove a bag from a mannequin before leaving toward the Seasons 52 area of the mall.


Incident # 2025-25932 – Harassment (Cyber)
Date/Time:  October 14, 2025 at 8:22 AM
Location:  Police Headquarters (Lobby)
Reporting Officer:  Ptl. Alex Mangone # 5112

Details:  Patrol met with a male victim reporting harassing messages received through text and WhatsApp. The suspect, described as a medium to heavyset Filipino female, sent threatening messages and a photograph displaying a handgun after the victim declined to communicate further. The victim did not believe the threats to be credible but reported the incident due to the firearm image. Patrol conducted a safety check near the victim’s residence at the stated time, with no suspicious activity observed.

 
 
Incident # 2025-26080 – Shoplifting
Date/Time:  October 15th, 2025 at 1:51 PM
Location:  GAP, 3535 US Highway 1

Details:  On the above date and time, patrol was dispatched to GAP for the report of a past tense shoplifting. Upon arrival, store employees reported that on Tuesday, October 14th at approximately 5:30 PM, an unknown Black male entered the store, grabbed several clothing items from a rack near the entrance, and exited the store without rendering payment. The suspect was described as being between 20 and 45 years old, wearing a blue baseball hat, tan jacket, dark pants, white sneakers, and having locks in his hair. He was in the store for about 30 seconds before leaving with approximately $354 worth of merchandise. Employees believe this suspect to be the same individual involved in a shoplifting on October 13th (reference case #2025-25859). The suspect fled the scene in an older model black Toyota Avalon.

 
Incident 2025-26103 – Shoplifting
Date/Time: October 15, 2025 at 4:46 PM
Location:  Dick’s Sporting Goods, 530 Nassau Park Boulevard
Reporting Officer:  Ptl. Jacqueline Schulte # 5113

Details:  On October 15, 2025 at 4:46 PM, patrol was dispatched to Dick’s Sporting Goods, located at 530 Nassau Park Boulevard, for a reported shoplifting. Dispatch advised that four heavyset black females were involved and had fled the area in a red SUV.  Upon arrival, Ptl. Schulte met with a store employee who reported that at approximately 4:30 PM, four females entered the store and filled two shopping carts with men’s and children’s winter jackets from North Face, Patagonia, and Columbia. At 4:43 PM, the suspects exited the store through the main entrance, passing all points of sale without rendering payment, before fleeing in a red Kia Soul with a Delaware temporary registration toward Quakerbridge Road. The total value of the stolen merchandise was estimated at $1,500.
The suspects are described as follows:
  1. Black female, 30–40 years old, heavyset, wearing a pink jacket, black pants, sneakers, and a gray or silver du-rag.
  2. Black female, 30–40 years old, wearing a white jacket, gray or green leggings, tan Ugg-style boots, and a baseball hat.
  3. Black female, 30–40 years old, visibly pregnant, wearing a tan long sleeve top, black pants, hair wrap, and medical mask.
  4. Black female, 30–40 years old, heavyset, short hair, wearing a black hoodie, black pants, white shoes, and a black cap.
The investigation is ongoing.


Incident 2025-26110 – Shoplifting
Date/Time: October 15, 2025 at 6:50 PM
Location: Dick’s Sporting Goods, 530 Nassau Park Boulevard
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Mark Thompson # 5120

Details:  On October 15, 2025 at 6:50 PM, patrol was dispatched to Dick’s Sporting Goods for a shoplifting in progress. Upon arrival, Ptl. Thompson met with a store manager, who reported that two heavyset black females entered the store at approximately 6:32 PM and were observed selecting various clothing items from the men’s and women’s athletic apparel sections. The suspects concealed the merchandise in a reusable white shopping bag and exited the store at 6:49 PM without rendering payment.
The suspects were seen entering an older model white SUV, possibly a Chevrolet, which was driven by a black male. The vehicle fled the area prior to patrol arrival. The total loss was initially estimated at $50, though it is believed the total value would increase substantially after inventory.
The suspects are described as follows:
  1. Black female, 5’6”, 25–35 years old, heavyset, wearing a white jacket, gray leggings, and a black and white baseball hat.
  2. Black female, 5’6”, 25–35 years old, heavyset, long braids, wearing a black and white hoodie and black pants.
The investigation is ongoing.


Incident # 2025-26326 - Shoplifting
Date/Time:  October 17, 2025 at 7:39 PM
Location:  Banana Republic, 3535 U.S. Route 1
Reporting Officer:  Ptl. Daniel Borup # 5115

Details:  On October 17, 2025, at approximately 7:39 PM, patrol responded to Banana Republic for a reported shoplifting that occurred about 20 minutes earlier. Store management reported that two female suspects entered the store, removed several sweaters from a display near the entrance, and exited without paying.  The first suspect was described as a heavyset white female in her 40s or 50s wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, and a blue baseball hat. The second suspect was described as a heavyset black female in her 20s or 30s with long black dreadlocks, wearing a black shirt, black jacket, and black pants, and carrying a blue reusable bag. Both suspects were last seen exiting the mall near Anthropologie. The investigation is ongoing.

 
Incident # 2025-26840 - Theft
Date/Time: October 23, 2025 at 12:43 PM
Location: Wawa, 3449 U.S. Route 1
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Corbin Connell # 5116

Details:  On October 23, 2025, at 12:43 PM, patrol responded to Wawa for a report of a stolen cell phone. The victim reported that while using the self-order kiosk, he placed his phone down and later realized it was missing. Surveillance footage showed a white male suspect wearing a gray hat with a monster logo, a black Mickey Mouse sweatshirt, khaki pants, and gray shoes take the phone from the kiosk before leaving the store. The suspect entered the front passenger seat of a dark gray vehicle, possibly a Ford Focus, which then left the area.
The investigation is ongoing. 


Incident # 2025-27029 - Shoplifting
Date/Time:  October 25, 2025 at 12:41 PM
Location:  Whole Foods, 3495 U.S. Route 1
Reporting Officer:  Ptl. Zachary DeMetro # 5123

Accused:   1)  Constance Gibbons – Princeton, NJ

Details:  On the above date and time, officers were dispatched to Whole Foods on the report of a shoplifting that had just occurred. The suspect, described as an older white female wearing a long black coat and carrying a blue shopping bag, was being followed by a store employee into the Advance Auto Parts parking lot. Upon arrival, Ptl. DeMetro met with the suspect, identified as Constance Gibbons, and a store security officer.

During the investigation, it was determined that Gibbons was wearing two pairs of pants, one of which had been stolen from the store, and had additional merchandise concealed in her reusable shopping bag. Gibbons denied stealing any items and was unable to produce a receipt or proof of purchase. A search of her bag conducted by Sgt. L. Brodowski #479 revealed stolen merchandise, which was returned to the store.

Through investigative means, it was confirmed that Gibbons had selected items from the shelves, concealed merchandise, and exited the store without rendering payment. The total value of the stolen merchandise was $205. Gibbons was placed under arrest for shoplifting and transported to police headquarters, where she was processed and charged accordingly. She was advised of her court date and trespassed indefinitely from Whole Foods. 

 

Incident # 2025-27039 - Theft
Date/Time: October 25, 2025, at 2:52 PM
Location:  Target, 500 Nassau Park Boulevard
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Alexander Baile # 5130

Details:  Patrol responded to Target for the report of a theft. The victim reported that her wallet had gone missing and was later turned in to customer service, but $80 in cash was missing. Surveillance footage showed an older Black female wearing a yellow sweatshirt and blue jeans picking up the wallet in the parking lot before entering the store and returning it to customer service. The suspect was then seen leaving the area in a gray Hyundai Santa Fe toward Quakerbridge Road. The investigation is ongoing.


Incident # 2025-27196 - Shoplifting / Arrest
Date/Time: October 27, 2025, at 1:08 PM
Location:  Wegmans, 240 Nassau Park Boulevard
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Travis Hoffman # 5110

Accused:   1)  Anthony K. Stokes (Trenton, NJ)

Details:  Patrol was dispatched to Wegmans for a report of a shoplifting in progress involving a male concealing liquor bottles in a bag. Upon arrival, officers located Anthony Stokes walking in the parking lot and detained him. A search revealed a used crack pipe in his pocket. Surveillance footage confirmed Stokes concealed several bottles of liquor and exited the store without paying. He was arrested and charged with shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia, and hindering his own apprehension after providing a false identity.
Stokes was processed at police headquarters and found to have multiple active warrants from several jurisdictions. He was later transported to the Mercer County Correction Center.
 
Incident # 2025-27629 - Shoplifting
Date/Time:  October 31, 2025, at 6:54 PM
Location:  Target, 500 Nassau Park Boulevard
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Jake Rankin # 5124

Accused:  1)  Ishmael Stevenson (Philadelphia, PA)

Details:  Patrol responded to Target for a report of a shoplifting in progress. Dispatch advised that a male suspect wearing a dark coat and hat had exited the store without paying for merchandise and was fleeing on foot toward Nassau Park Boulevard. Sgt. Van Ness observed the suspect, later identified as Ishmael Stevenson, walking in the area and attempted to stop him. Stevenson briefly complied before suddenly running through a nearby parking lot. After a short foot pursuit, Sgt. Van Ness apprehended him behind the Best Buy.
Officers recovered three Target reusable bags containing multiple stolen items valued at approximately $530, along with the coat and hat Stevenson had worn during the theft. Surveillance footage confirmed that Stevenson selected various clothing items, scanned them at self-checkout, pretended to pay using his phone, and then exited the store without rendering payment. Stevenson was charged with shoplifting and obstruction and processed at police headquarters. 


Incident # 2025-27658 - Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) 
Date/Time:  November 1, 2025, at 3:04 AM
Location: U.S. Route 1 South near Quakerbridge Road
Reporting Officer: Ptl. Jake Rankin # 5124

Accused:  1)  Maximo Icu Cun (Freehold, NJ)

Details:  Patrol was dispatched for an erratic driver on U.S. Route 1 South. Officers located and stopped a Dodge Caravan that was swerving between lanes and braking abruptly. Upon contact, the driver, identified as Maximo Icu Cun, showed signs of intoxication. After failing field sobriety tests, Icu Cun was arrested for DWI. He was transported to police headquarters for processing and issued multiple motor vehicle summonses before being released to a responsible party.
