11/02 – 8:01 a.m. – Keelon T. Fenton, 37 of Belleville, arrested on a St. Clair County DUI warrant. He was also cited for Operation Of Vehicle When Registration Suspended For Non-Insurance, and Operation Uninsured Vehicle. Incident occurred at South Jefferson Street and Elm Street.
