CITY OF TONKAWA UTILITY BILL GETS A NEW LOOK!
The City of Tonkawa Utility Billing Office is excited to announce a transition to a new utility bill format!

For many years, customers have received their monthly utility bill on a “postcard-style” bill. Unfortunately, this format has sometimes resulted in bills being lost in the mail or damaged during processing.
To improve service and ensure greater reliability, we are moving to a sealed envelope format for all mailed utility bills. Your new bill will arrive in an envelope addressed to the account holder with the return address from the Tonkawa Utility Billing Office.
We kindly ask customers to pay close attention to their mail to ensure their utility bill is not accidentally discarded.
This change is designed to provide a more dependable billing experience and limit any further financial impact on our customers.  Please contact the Utility Billing Office if you fail to receive your utility bill this month.
We appreciate your cooperation during this transition. If you have any questions, please contact the Utility Billing Office, and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.
