Mayor Moor and the N.J. Conference of Mayors are advising residents that, although a recent federal court ruling requires the release of emergency funds to cover November SNAP benefits, it may take several days for deposits to appear on SNAP cards. Residents may experience temporary issues when making purchases.

Please check your SNAP balance before visiting the store, and do not share SNAP benefit information over the phone. The State will not be making outbound calls to restore benefits.

Updates will be shared as more information becomes available from the N.J. Governor’s Office and the N.J. Office of Emergency Management.
