Police Seek Help Identifying Robbery Suspects
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in identifying the three pictured male suspects in connection with a robbery that occurred on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
A man and a woman were walking towards the man’s vehicle in the area of Clifton Avenue and Bloomfield Avenue at approximately 11:20 p.m., when they were approached by three African American males who demanded the male victim’s belongings at gunpoint. One suspect also brandished a knife and held it to the male victim’s chest. The suspects took the man’s car keys and $250.00 in cash before each ran in different directions. One suspect ran west on Bloomfield Avenue. One ran east on Bloomfield Avenue. The third suspect ran south on Clifton Avenue.
